MozbyTech provides digital marketing, search engine optimization, paid advertising management, web design, and academy training services. Specific client deliverables, timelines, and payment retainers are outlined in individual Statements of Work (SOW).
2. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, MozbyTech and/or its parent company IT Artificer own the intellectual property rights for all material on MozbyTech. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
3. Academy Enrollments & Refunds
Enrollment in MozbyTech Academy courses is subject to seat availability. Course fees must be cleared prior to batch commencement. Cancellation and refund requests submitted at least 7 days before class start dates are eligible for a full refund minus processing fees.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall MozbyTech or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising out of the use of our services.
